The Varsity team was hammered by Ichabod Crane in the Watervliet Summer league on Wednesday!  The final score was 48-15, that is not a misprint!  They had a tough night shooting against the zone.  Some nights you do not shoot well, but you still have to play defense and we did not on Wednesday.  This was unacceptable and embarrassing!  We did not show up to play or coach.  Both players and coach need to be ready every time we step on the floor, no exceptions.  We must hold ourselves to a higher standard of play and excellence.  At the same time we must stay together as a team through the good and the bad.   We need to put the loss behind us and use it as a learning experience.  We have come so far as a team already and it is on July!
